SENCARE technology
We have developed a range of cutting-edge sensor hardware and accompanying software, including motion sensors, door/window sensors, bed/chair occupancy sensors, and the intuitive monitoring software. Our solutions are designed to seamlessly integrate into care home environments, providing unparalleled insight and enhancing resident care.
Our SENCARE system includes the following:
We install a sensor-based monitoring system in care home rooms featuring up to four distinct sensors:
1. Bed Sensor: Designed to detect transitions in and out of bed, as well as detect falls from the bed.
2. Bathroom Sensor: Intended to monitor entries and exits from the bathroom. The accompanying app/platform software will offer configurable alerts to notify staff of any deviations from typical behaviour, such as extended bathroom stays. Please note, there is no impact on residents privacy or dignity.
3. Door Sensor: This sensor will track room entry and exit events.
4. Room Sensor: This sensor monitors the residents room allowing us to see in real time if a resident is moving-, sitting or indeed monitor falls.
Each room is also fitted with a motion activated light, meaning that residents can get a good night sleep without having to leave a light on should they need to get up.
Each sensor can be individually altered to provide custom information to staff and managers.
These sensors integrate seamlessly with the mobile app and desktop interface. The app will provide staff with real-time access via mobile devices and tablets. Additionally, it will incorporate resident-specific data on daily routines including medication and dietary requirements.
At the end of each shift staff members can, with the click of a button, export all the information to a PDF file which is then sent directly to the care home manager and stored on the care homes own database.

None of the information is held by ourselves or by third party organisations.

Only room numbers, not residents names, are listed. No personal information is listed on the app.

Managers have complete autonomy and can see all the information all of the time.

Staff are each provided with their own log in and password and are automatically logged out at the end of each shift. Staff are identifiable by their initials only.

Though no personal data is stored, our system software is fully encrypted and protected.
